Experiences at the Meadow are private — always just for you and the people closest to you, never a big group of strangers. Choose what appeals to you and write to us; we will settle on a date that suits both you and the animals.

Before you write
How it works
First send us a non-binding enquiry — pick an experience and tell us the dates and how many of you are coming. We will get back to you within 48 hours and work out the details together. The date is only reserved once our confirmation reaches you; until then the enquiry commits you to nothing.

What people ask most
- Can we bring our dog?
- Sadly not. The Meadow is home to many animals for whom even the gentlest dog is a real fright. Please leave your animal friends at home this time.
- Are the experiences suitable for children?
- Children are welcome and are usually the most enthusiastic of all. We only ask that you keep an eye on them the whole time — around large animals and near water you can never be too careful.
- What should we bring with us?
- Comfortable shoes for the grass, a warmer layer for the evening and a torch — the Meadow really is dark at night. Food and bedding differ from one experience to another; we will write it all out in the confirmation of your date.
Cancellation terms
Plans change and we understand that. If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, we refund the deposit in full. For a cancellation 14 to 3 days ahead we keep half of the deposit, later or in case of a no-show the whole deposit. If something happens on our side or to the animals, we will contact you straight away and offer another date — or refund your money.
