Runners from the Meadow
They’re all real
Every character in the game lives at our sanctuary. Their abilities reflect their real personalities. Flip a card and compare the sprite with reality.
Six worlds, no losing
You’ll run through a meadow in bloom and a starry night, passing a market, a beekeeper, a mushroom picker and a family of ducks — the landscape lives a life of its own, and every environment has its own music. And because we’re a sanctuary, you never lose: every run ends well, with a cheerful tale about your runner.
Version 1.9.17
What’s new in the Meadow
The game has grown a lot since launch. Nothing to download separately — just open the game and it’s all waiting for you.
The journal flips like a real book
Notes, animal trivia and completed quests live in a book whose pages actually turn — and you can flip them with a swipe.
A wardrobe and an accessory shop
Twelve hats, scarves and bows for the whole gang: six are earned through quests, six are bought with coins. They’re purely for show — they don’t affect the running.
Karel actually knows how you’re doing
Your guide talks about your actual progress — your coins, who you’re saving up for, your best run. And he always starts with a hello, not a sales pitch.
Music that doesn’t loop
Every environment has three tracks of its own. They play in shuffled order and blend into one another, so the music never cuts off.
Eighteen new scenes along the way
A market, a beekeeper, a mushroom picker, a duck family, a fox, a squirrel, a child with a telescope — and all of it moves. The village is the busiest on purpose.
The Animal Concert has a curtain
The end of a run plays out like a theatre: house lights down, curtain up, spotlight on your runner.
